2017 Custom HD 2500

I don't know if any of you have seen this package yet, but I am considering ordering one. Any idea how much I can expect to get off an ordered truck? I am a teacher and can get the educators discount. If I order now maybe it comes in 6 weeks?

It's not really very "custom" if it's a factory offered package. If it were a true "custom" truck build, it would be a one of a kind vehicle built exactly how you spec. it out for GM to build.

There are not many manufacturers that allow for true custom orders, you order per the manufacturer option sheet.

Silverado HD Custom, includes (AKO) deep-tinted glass, (A91) remote locking tailgate, (KI4) 110v outlet, (AQQ) Remote Keyless Entry, (UVC) Rear Vision Camera, (DL8) outside, heated power-adjustable mirrors, (Z82) trailering equipment, (CGN) spray-on bed liner, (IOB) 7” diagonal color display radio with Chevrolet MyLink, (UE1) OnStar, (E20) chrome door handles, (JL1) trailer brake controller, (DP9) chrome mirror caps and (PYU) 20” polished aluminum wheels.

 

1 - Requires Crew Cab model C/K25*43 or Double Cab model C/K25753 and (QFC) LT265/60R20E all-terrain, blackwall tires. Not available with (L5P) Duramax 6.6L Turbo Diesel V8 engine, (DF2) vertical trailering mirrors, (ZW9) pickup box delete, (9J4) rear bumper delete, (RTH) 20" polished aluminum with Dark Argent Metallic pocket wheels, (ANQ) Alaskan Edition or (PCM) WT Convenience Package. If (DPN) outside heated power-adjustable trailering style mirrors are ordered (DP9) chrome mirror caps will be deleted.

 

 

It is a WT trim only package (vinyl floors, floor shift 4x4, etc.) so keep that in mind if you are looking for certain amenities. I'd say you'd be able to get 3-5k off.

Who configures these packages? Trailer brakes, no DF2 mirrors, but DPN mirrors are available?

DF2 are the manual tow/camper mirrors (old design mirror as well from the last gen trucks). HD Custom puts you in a power windows/mirrors/locks configuration, hence why you can get the DPN mirrors.
