Sierra driver's seat squeak?

It's not right. Had my entire seat frame replaced to get the same issue fixed. Take it into the service department, they will take care of it.

Please elaborate with your exact symptoms, complaint explained to dealer and the resolution to the seat issue. I need to get mine fixed. With the messed up seat and the 70 mph vibration, I'm thinking about looking at a new ram.

I want to be armed with the most information possible. My dealer disregarded my vibration complaint and told me it was my duratracs "aggressive" tread that I was feeling. Replace garbage tires with something sufficient and now you have no claim.

In a low speed turn, like in a parking lot or turning into the driveway the seat would creak. Going straight where my weight wasn't shifting it was fine but any time my weight would shift I would get the creak. The first time I went I didn't get an answer but, I then made he service manager take a drive with me and then he agreed to do the replacement.

Had the same squeaking. The lane departure vibrator had broke and slip out of place, dealer replace it, and it's been fine ever since.

Mine is doing the same thing. My truck is 6 months old and it's driving me nuts!

My 2004.5 with 231,000 miles didn't do this...

I was just gonna try and get under there and spray some silicone or something on the frame components to see if that works.

If this is a known issue though, I may just take it to the dealer.

Both of my front seats were doing it in the same spot at 4K miles, the drivers was worse. I finallllly found where, look under the seat from behind it, take a paint stick or a screw driver with a cloth over it and shove it between where the foam meets the metal bucket towards the left front between the left corner and center. Test to see if the noise is gone while leaving that there. That was the spot for me. I took some foam cut from one of those cheap mattress pads you can get at Walmart and wedged it in there. Sound is gone. Mine was very loud, it sounded like a creaky old bed when I got in and out. I danced like an idiot when I found the area and canceled my dealer appointment.
