Resonator only delete

So I have searched and can't seem to find a video of the sound of a resonator only delete. Has anyone tried this if you just want a little more noise over stock? I have the flapper clamped open and it seemed to give just a slight increase in tone.

The purpose of the resonator is to reduce drone. I'm assuming that if it is removed, drone would be increased.

Guys this will not be a bad thing SLP offered these resonator deletes for the avalanches for years just don't offer it for our trucks. But if you YouTube it and listen to them not much of a difference at all and the twin pipes looks very nice. I removed the res on my 13 ecoboost and them are the worst sounding motors / trucks you can have with an exhaust and I never knew I did it unless you put your foot in it then it sounded louder. Heck I was gonna go to my exhaust shop and have him build me a nice piece like the SLP piece.

I found a flapper valve. It should be here next week so I'll have my exhaust redone next weekend. It will consist of a carven tr, with flapper. Oem resonator replaced with a mini dynomax race muffler. It's about 6"long into a y adapter and 2 carven stainless 4" tips out the rear bumper. I'm hoping not to loud and no v4 sound

Very similar to what I am thinking of doing. The route I am planning is Carven TR stock flapper and resonator with twin tips. Looking forward to what yours sounds like.

If possible, please take some pictures of the final exhaust setup. I'm interested especially in the y-pipe connection after the muffler that splits into 2 tailpipes. Thx.
