Why don't you speak up about your issues with your particular setup so that others don't run into that problem.

He's waiting on a resolution first before he posts it. I would do the same. No reason to quickly bash a company if they want to make it right. Who knows what the issue is also.

Understandable, however I don't believe he's bashing the company. Oh well.

So the driver side shock is sitting much lower than the passenger side. The passenger side is set at the specifications to get me 2.5 of level. The driver side is adjusted over the recommended max setting and is 3/4 inches lower than the passenger side. The max setting should sit at around 3 inches of lift.

The engineers are reviewing the install. I will post my full experience on how this went after the issue is resolved.

Tagged. I'm interested to see how much wheel travel you got with the Dirt King UCAs. Currently deciding to go with the MRT package, VIA the forum. Or just go to Bajakits with their chase kit. I've also contemplated just holding off and saving for the entire bajakits prerunner package but that would take some serious time.

Wrong weight springs? I am sure they had you check the part number on the coils...

Usually driver lean is attributed to the fuel tank location & weight. Have you measured with a close to empty tank?

I have it's a pretty severe difference. The Chevy lean I had was less than a quarter inch on the factory shocks. I won't get any answers from Icon because their whole shop went to Easter Jeep jam-bury.

I've already made my mind up on kings. But why the change? Did they not offer to help it all?

The short answer is customer service. I am doing a write up and will post my poor experience with them. MRT has been great through this experience. Icon has not been.

So almost nine months later. MRT did not follow through and one of the Icons has blown a seal. I haven’t even had a chance to do any off-roading.

Oh MRT I have tried calling, texting and emailing with out any responses.

I had a communication issue also until I sent the owner a complaint email. I don’t doubt MRT would handle these issues for local installs, but for online orders they defer to the manufacturer for all problems and issues. I’m not bashing them, but I’m also not praising them.
