WARNING SCAMMER IN MARKETPLACE

Myself and several members outted mattice as a scammer and we were able to quickly get our money back via Pay pal. I have reason to believe this member started a new profile and is posting items for sale. Make sure you use pay pal, and not friends family option to protect yourself. To further protect yourself pie via pay pal with a non pay pal credit card so you have double protection. If a seller is brand new to the forums and the prices seem too good to be true I would steer clear. At the very least protect your money every way possible. Good news and I hope he is reading this Pay pal is working with federal authorities for interstate commerce fraud. If the person made a new profile to scam it strengthens the case against them. I'm being told the person didn't even try to hide their real identity well, in fact I was able to find out their work and various other things fairly easy. Buy with caution and to the SCAMMER keep trying your making easy for the feds to build a case.

Sucks someone trying to scam members of the community but it's true we should take steps to protect our hard earned money.

Mine was a grille, but summit white door handles programmer. Completlty random stuff, and I think he was dumb enough to list some of the same things again.

Stinks because I always ask to send as "Family and Friends" so avoid the PayPal fee.

Dam shame that someone is our here doing this to people. I paid him and then he sent a text saying he would provide tracking information and never did. Only to find out he sold the handles i paid for to multiple other people. I dont play with my money.

I almost fell for it and bought a set of dl3 mirrors and harnesses for $150. Something told me that is was to good to be true. I have his cell phone number and I'm guessing his PayPal email if that could be of any help.

I can confirm this is all true. I was also a victim. Thanks for messaging me Hiserman to get things rolling with PayPal. We all had that feeling this wasn't right. I even paid PayPal via AMEX knowing I could dispute it. A real shame this has happened as all my other transactions and meet-ups through this forum have been great prior.
