Pure non ethanol gas vs ethanol

I have a 1990 k1500 with a 350 in it id like to see if anyone else has tried running pure gas in there obs Chevy my experience was on regular gas driving 5 days a week to work and back I fill up Sunday night then again Thursday morning on my way to work mileage per tank around 275-280 there's a new gas station near my house that sells pure gas and it's only 5 cents more a gallon so I decided to try it I filled up Sunday night drove back and forth to work and didn't have to fill up till Friday night mileage to tank 317 truck ran great same power as ethanol just way better gas mileage using pure gas both where 87 octane btw has anyone else been running pure gas?

I didn't think you could buy it any more. That's interesting. I haven't seen it in my area.

 

What's the name gas station? Is it leaded or unleaded?

we have non ethanol Rec vehicle gas around here however its alot more than 5 cents more per gallon.

Unleaded and it's at double quik I found a list on the internet of places that sell ethanol free gas for each state https://www.pure-gas.org

It is more like 50 cents extra per gallon in my area for what they call ethanol Free gas. I use it for all my yard tools (lawnmowers/weedeater/blower/tree trimmer etc) The up t 10% Ethanol in the regular gas seems to destroy the fuel lines on small engines. Most people around here like to run the Ethanol free gas in their boat engines also. Interesting that Ethanol free gas can still have a real small percentage of Ethanol and still be labeled Ethanol Free (1 or 2 percent I think)
