While taking the seat out to look for amp install room , I noticed these. Looks like some type of ground straps?

For car seats, but if your looking for a good ground the bolts holding them are perfect!

I don't think they are ground straps unless you are winking when your say ground.

For crew and double cab models, the top tether anchors are the loops near the top of the seatback for each rear seating position. These loops will be used to route the top tether through, as well as to secure the top tether to the vehicle. Be sure to use the anchor (loop) on the same side of the vehicle as the seating position where the child restraint will be placed.

Be sure to read the following instructions to properly install a child restraint using these loops.

Yes as soon as I get back to my I-pad( where pic's are). But if you look real close u will see the power and remote turn on wire peeking from under carpet. If you search my other posts you will see that I replaced my jump seat with the center console. I purchased the custom in-console box from forum member (here). I installed the JL- w3 8inch (where stock Bose would have been). My build includes stock radio, JL audio fix-86, alpine 5 channel amp (VR-9) I think, focal coaxial in the rear, and focal components up front.

Are you planning on running new speaker wire into the front doors. If so I am interested in how you will go about doing it. That will be the next stage of my build.

Front and rear doors also. planning on pulling door skins on Monday (next off day)

I have only pulled the rubber boot off of the molex to look at it. Doesn't look like a lot of room in it for wires. Where are you planning on mounting your tweets? I was originally planning on the sail panels but am now considering the stock location.
