The design of it sort of reminds me of a 46 pickup

I read today that it was a 2003 model year truck but what gives? I guess 03 was just the limited production with a full ramp up for 04....

I wouldnt mind driving one, for $3000 cash back or 0% financing and invoice price lololol//

Cool...thats a another great job from GM Trucks getting that from paper to conept to production in such a short time frame. HOpefully GM can do the same with a new Camaro for 06 or 07 model years.

If you caught "Pickup Trucks" I dont think it was Modern Marvels but a show like it, they showed the styling and engineering of the concept SS-R in the design center etc it was good footage showing a bare metal SS-R design mule with no grill/headlights etc..They said the SS-R is based on teh 39' model Chevy which they said "was considered an eyesore" back then??
