Hi all,

Just bought a 2017 Silverado 1500 LT Z71!

New to Silverados and trucks this new but not to Chevy (my first car was an old Camaro). Before this Silverado, I had an '04 Ram 1500 that I crashed on the highway. It had low miles and was in great shape other than the front end being bashed in, so I managed to get it off my hands for way more than I paid for it, and put that money towards a new truck.

I was shopping between Ram and Chevy for the next truck and ended up going with whichever one I could get a better price on, which ended up being the Silverado. The Silverado also looks mean as hell in black with the body-color grill, which doesn't hurt.

Definitely excited for the new truck, all the new features in it are still freaking me out a bit as I get used to them. It feels like a luxury car, not a truck!
