Cranking problems

I have a 2007.5 GMC Sierra 4x4 with the 4.8 liter motor I went to get in it the other day and it wouldn't crank (acts kind of like battery is dead) but battery is fine but when you turn key over dash lights and radio work but my interior light door locks and windows do not? Just trying to figure out what my issue is any ideas?

Have the battery tested, check for good connections and check grounds.

Have the battery load tested if it hasn't already been done. Then check all connections, Grounds.... even the cables themselves....they can fail internally

I've had my cables fail. How did you check the battery?
