Less than two year old truck, just turned 40k miles on a truck with a 36k mile warranty!  "Buy American" they say, keep Americans employed?  Which ones, the mechanics?  I stopped buying American junk in the early 1980's because of this type of thing.  Never had problems like this with the vehicles from Japan.  My mistake was foolishly thinking American make crap had improved.  Never again!

So, nothing goes wrong at 40,000 miles with your Euro or Asian stuff eh?  you need to go pay a visit down to those dealers and see the stuff get towed in under warranty for failures you would not expect with your so called "superior" engineered stuff.

Common problem. They make a kit to keep the manifold rigged up to the head.

Or just put better bolts in the heads as it's an LS problem that is not specific to just 6 liters lol.  Thermal expansion is a bitch huh.  Good excuse to sell a truck though lol.  Wonder what he will do when that retarded airpump on the Tundra's 5.7 he will probably buy piles up..... drive the truck with himself in it over a cliff?

It’s okay, one more person won’t change the thousands that are produced and sold every month. There are plenty of people that like their American made junk.
