They don't stand out so it would be difficult to tell if I pulled up beside one!  I believe a concern that was previously mentioned about these is why the 5.3?  If you wanted maximum power in a pickup, and are buying new, start with the 6.2.  Personally, I'd choose a Duramax as a performance upgrade.
