truck shakes while braking...rotors? pads? and what is the best site cheapest site to get rotors and pads?

Wearever pads from Advance aren’t bad. I get the OEM ceramics since they are quiet. Rotors shouldn’t cost you to much! My preference I Wagner thermaquiet but they will cost a little more!

I am planning on trading it in shortly...that's why I don't want to spend much on it..if I was keeping it then I would spend the extra for better..

should I just change them all at once? it shakes when I brake so I was thinking change atleast the front rotors and pads....everything I searched said the shaking is most likely rotors uneven/wore! I am thinking the back might not need changing just yet....should I change the front  and see if that eliminates the shake? I have 135k on the truck and bought it when it had 121k....so I really don't know when the last time they been changed]!

I would check the back. With the mileage they may have never been changed before. Is the shaking only in the front? You should feel it in the back as well if you have warped rotors or drums back there. How bad does it shake when you hit the brakes?

Could be the pad, rotors, combination.  Also need to inspect the ball joints, tie-rods, and all steering components.  If worn, this too will cause shaking.  Oversize tires that are out of balance is also suspect.  If you're not going to put a lot into it since your planning on trading.  I would take it to a front end shop and get them to inspect it.
