Strut replacement (5100).....do ball joints also?

I have 50,000 miles on my 2014 Silverado and think its time for new shocks/struts.  Ride has become almost unbearable feel every little bump in the road.  I have a rough country 2 inch level on for 30,000 miles now and it just passed inspection so I assume no ball joint issues.  I am going with 5100 bilsteins at max height and take out the level.  My question is while my buddy is in there doing the struts should I have him do new ball joints too?  Any other suspension parts to do make sense now at 50,000 miles (30,000 miles of that with the level kit)?

Unless there is play in the ball joints, I wouldn't do them now.  The struts are pretty easy to do, the ball joints are much more of a hassle and time-intensive.

He does cut me a great deal on labor!  Thats why I was thinking about doing them also.  At least the upper ball joints.  Reading its best to just get new control arms.

How do my ball joint angles look from those pics I posted?  I was assuming I would have premature wear with having the level kit.
