2018 Silverado 2500hd homelink mod

I am wanting to swap out my overhead console for one with HomeLink in it. Where can I come up with the parts diagram so I can get the correct part numbers?

 

I believe the wiring harness up to the console is the same in all versions (WT, LT, LTZ, ect). It is my understanding that the small harness inside the console is different depending on what package you have.

Any help?

It shows the console with work on a 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 all trim packages. Surely it will work on a 2018 since it is the last model year before the design change. I just cant find any documentation to prove it.

What do you think?

Sunglasses holder changed in 2018. The sizing still looks the same though. It should fit

Just completed this mod on my 2018 1500.  The sunglasses holder did change as well as the ambient lighting.  The part number for 2018 is 84083245.

Looks like it's been replaced by 84391067.  Is that everything needed to convert a non-homelink to homelink equipped?

I just put this one in my 2018. This new number is about $60 cheaper than the one it replaced.  Complete panel except air bag light, easily removed from the old one. Works great!

So this number is for the "Homelink, No sunroof, No sliding rear window, in ash grey"?

My employer has a sister store that is a Buick GMC dealer. They ordered it for me and I had mine in about 2 days.

Just installed my new console. One problem. The new console was missing one 2 wire plug. It was plugged into a connector mounted to the right of the console under the headliner.

 

Any clue what it goes to? I didn't have time to try to trace it.

 

Auto dim mirror? Vanity light in sun visor mirror? (Not sure if I even have one). Or is it the side curtain airbag on passenger side?

 

Picture is the plug on the old console.
