Will these wheels and tires combo work?

I have a 2017 Silverado 1500, i'm wondering if this combo will work together and on my truck:

Tires: Toyo Open Country RT

  • Product Code 350180
  • 33X12.50R20LT
  • Approved Rim Width: 8.5-10.0-11.0

Wheels: Fuel Assault D576

  • Part number D57620009847
  • 20x10
  • BP and BP2: 6x135    6x5.5
  • Offset -18

Part of the concern is on the carid website, it says it wont fit, but it seems like it will from the specs on the wheels and tires. Also, the BP and BP2, i'm not sure why there's two measurements but the first one is 6x135 and my research shows the truck is actually 6x139.7, if i convert 139.7 to inches i get 5.5 which would match BP2, so i'm a bit confused on what the heck is going on here?!

1st concern: Will the tire fit on the wheel?

2nd concern: Will the wheel fit on the truck?

3rd concern: Will that offset cause any issues with rubbing, and will it stick out passed the stock fender?

And finally, would it be better to go with a 20x9 wheel with a +1 or +20 offset and a different sized tire?

Check out the website for Custom Offsets they have tons of wheel/tire combos and even have pictures of trucks similar for reference.

I'm not sure if i'm using the site right or wrong but when i choose 2017 Silverado, and add 20 inch wheels and specify the types of each, i get nothing. I've found some on there before but there were big differences. My truck will be leveled on Wednesday the 6th, but these trucks i saw had lifts. Because i'm leveling and not lifting, i've changed what i'm going for:

Tires: Toyo Open Country RT (this is the same as before)

  • Product Code 350180
  • 33X12.50R20LT
  • Approved Rim Width: 8.5-10.0-11.0

Wheels: Fuel Assault D576 (only the size on this one changed, 20x9 instead of 20x10)

  • Part number D57620909850
  • 20x9
  • Offset +1 for PN ending in 50, +20 for PN ending in 57

So with what i found before, it was too inconsistent to really tell, and searching now didnt show me anything, i'm pretty sure i'm doing something wrong, i'll keep playing with it.

Any advice in the mean time? Is there a way to go out to the truck and measure things to determine how a wheel and tire will fit and what it will affect on the truck?

So google helped me out a bit better:

Everything is exactly the same except that truck is a 2016 and crew cab, mines a 2017 and double cab. I dont think there's much different in the body between 2016 and 2017 silverados, does anyone know if there is in the wheel well? Or if a wheel/tire combo will fit exactly the same on both?

He's using a +20 offset, how would a +1 offset be different (since those are the two available offsets)?

Any thoughts?

That truck in the link is the same as mine except his is a 2016, mines a 2017. I dont think there's any difference in the wheel well, so i'm trying to figure out the difference between a +1 offset and a +20 offset. That guy is using a +20, how would a +1 be different?
