I think none of them have ever used the radio or have any clue how it works. It seem like all I get is the run around. Well it has cost them I cancelled the order I had on a new Blazer.

Shiimano1999 Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 I received a call from the Exec. Team yesterday and they said there have been MANY complaints on this issue. They told me the messages APP was being made available for my truck but I wonder if they just made it available to everyone ? Regardless, it was and I downloaded and it works perfectly! Still Not sure why this a feature would not be standard versus an APP that has to be downloaded. Now I am waiting for them to probably remove it from my Infotainment system. HA! We shall see.

As long as the Messages App is downloaded to a Profile it will remain in that Profile. Make sure you do that, because, in a few days, it will disappear from the Apps listing.
