Exhaust tip size

I just picked up a 2018 5.3 truck yesterday and wanted to order an exhaust tip for it. From some google searching it looks like the exhaust coming out of the truck is 2.75”, is that right?

Be careful what you buy online, lots of knockoffs out there. I only buy from the dealership or GM.com it’s on your GM APP. If you don’t have one yet, Go to your app purchasing and get it. Fill in your onstar account with your Vin# and you’ll be able to see every accessory available specifically just for your exact truck, give it a try. You’ll even be able to start your vehicle with the APP for up to 5 yrs. Good luck

Congratulations on your new truck.  Your truck looks like the twin to one I'm currently stalking at my local dealer. Do you have the grey leather seats?

General Motors only allows three months of remote starting using the app. They took away the 5 years earlier in 2018. After three months you lose all of the remote functions in the app.

Looks great!  My '15 has the same and is holding up exceptionally well.  The evidence left by the dog and grandkids easily disappears!  I asked the question because the truck I'm currently looking at has the grey leather option.  I think this grey colour also looks great and would be a change from the black seats of my past three trucks.  I just hope for no regrets if I decide on this particular unit.

That sucks even though I’ve used mine maybe 5 times within a year now between my two GM vehicles.

This is the one I had on my 015 before I did custom exhaust gave it to the brother-in-law and it’s on his 017 now. Got it off Amazon for 50ish bucks has held up well with minimal maintenance.
