USB Music - Voice Prompt

I listen to all my music on the USB drive. I use the voice prompt and say "Play artist name"   It worked ok for the first few weeks.. then I think it stop working when 1) I got a new over the air update or 2) I accidentally changed a setting in the privacy section?

Voice prompts do still work.. just not on the USB drive. 

Any ideas?
