Stalled 8.1

My 02 8.1 4x4 Suburban stalled yesterday, would not start. A freind swapped ignintion relay in fuse box with a simimlar one, it started immediatley.

Today same problem, solution did not work, later I took second set of keys, to unlock, started . What is the problem, we are at the cabin 2 hours from dealer.

Second set of keys to gain entry to the vehicle, or crank but would not start?

Possibly a Passlock problem. I had a similar problem with a 99 silverado. One key worked and the other one didn't.
