It’s a really groovy idea but, wouldn’t imagine them lasting long through the elements with covers or not and last time I bought high end outdoor speakers they weren’t cheap especially ones for specific fit tailgate. I’d also consider Big Bluetooth speakers, awesome performance too especially easy to maintain and hours of long lasting lithium ion batteries easily wired or freedom of Bluetooth. It’s a groovy setup though.

Hey, age has got nothing to do with it. I was in a heated pre council meeting not to long ago and once everything calmed down I said “Groovy”, Which put a smile on everyone’s face, even the 30 yr olds lol. It puts a smile on my face too, Groovy Baby! [emoji13]

The way the Denlai and GMC logo sits on the tailgate really annoys the ocd in me. It's a little higher than center haha

It’s the engineering screwup when opening it and dropping it, you better not have a hitch on, BAM!

Everything about that tailgate annoys me, from the above centre logo, to the complexity and moving parts, to the fact that people will only use it a few times and then never again. I might be complaining too much but I thought trucks were supposed to be simple and practical. Next thing we know where will be an escalator leading up to a conveyer belt in the bed :D

My question is,I was looking at my buddies multi pro tailgate and thought what if you go get a load of gravel or dirt all that falls down in those folds? Seems like you could not get it out and would fill it up.
