Stabilitrak and then some issues

I have a 2017 Silverado and my instrument panel has been lighting like a Xmas tree. Says service stabilitrak, service 4wd, service power steering and so on. Completely lost power steering twice while driving. First time dealer said bad battery and grounds. 3 weeks later they had truck for week and deemed it to be LED light on bull bar. Took bull bar off and guess what? Happened one week to the day. They have no clue. Anyone else having these issues? If so what may be causing this as the dealer can't figure it out? Thanks for any info.

Battery ground cable can be an issue I believe.

This sounds electrical to me so I would check battery cables and grounds.

Tad,

Have you checked this:

I know this thread pertains more to earlier '14 or '15 models, but there were a few 2016 and up trucks out there with the same issue.

Thanks for any info available. They have replaced battery twice and fixed so called bad grounds. Then said it was my LED Bull bar which we fought over. I took light off and 2 days later all service lights came on and completely lost power steering. Dealer is back pedalling now. They also said bad communication on computer.  Truck has 9000 miles on it and I'm at witts end. Oh well. At least they gave a 19 to drive while in shop. Thanks again!

Check the G218 ground like that video shows.  Don't just look for interference -- remove the ground nut, sand the nut and around the ground stud, then reinstall everything.  While you are doing that there is another one on the passenger side too.  Both are easy to do once you have the A-pillar trim removed.  It seems to resolve most of the issues.
