Super 10 dual exhuast

Hello there.

 

 

I currently have a 2018 GMC Sierra 5.3 v8 with dual straight piped exhaust ( straight from the headers) I hate the tin sound and the popping I get when I accelerate. I'm wondering if anyone has a dual exhuast system with this muffler or what would be the best to have. I want to keep the aggressive deep tone but not the popping and tin sound.

Im looking at a super 40 or super 44 for this reason. Really dont want the popping sound.

I heard that the super 10 doesnt have the pop but it's very deep and raspy though. Anything would be better then the dual straight pipes I've got.

I have a 5.3 ,  dual exhaust as well....  

I'm currently running the flowmaster Fx  , very crisp clean sound....  

Actually sounded very old school ,was a little heavy drone until I added an X pipe .

Why not just install a really good resonator to take away some of the tin sound.

 

Vibrant makes really good resonators.

 

You'll keep the sound but it should help with rasp/tin sound.

If you want a really clean, no raspy sound get a borla atak and just do the muffler swap.  You can find their mufflers on ebay for pretty cheap compared to their $1000+ systems.
