Installed a Carven Progressive series exhaust system on a 2018 Silverado double cab 6.5 ft bed and found there to be very little clearance between the exhaust and the frame of the truck. The frame and exhaust will hit when going over bumps in the road. Has anyone had this type of problem before?

Loosen it all back up and wiggle and rotate the pipe and then push up and you will get tons of clearance.

Chevy Changed the tranny cross member or added another cross member, can't remember what carven told me, on the 2018 for some reason and Carven had to make the change to there exhaust system for added clearance.

They actually used my truck to mock up the exhaust for the 2018's. Got hooked up with the exhaust for letting them use my truck.  You may have received an exhaust before they made that change.

Do you know what Carven may have changed on the exhaust system? I compared mine to the same exhaust system that was bought a couple years ago for a 2015 and didn't notice much difference other than how each section of the exhaust is connected.

I will have to try this... Is this just referring to loosening up the cat-back system only?

I believe they had to change a bend in part of the tubing to help it clear the cross member better.

Call up Carven and speak to Ryan.  Good guy and will surely help you solve your issue.

Yes, just loosen at the flange just after the third cat (right before catback) and at the flange just after the muffler (circled in red...I didn't see one before it. If there is one before it then loosen that one instead). Then rotate the assembly clockwise (when facing front of vehicle). That will give you a little bit more clearance over the cross member as you're essentially rotating it up from the connection at the rubber mounts. Then check to make sure everything rear of the system lines up. I had this issue with my borla and just rotating the pipe worked out fine. If this doesn't work, then call them.

Are you SURE you've got that first junction between the stock y-pipe and the Carven up tight enough?  Should look like this:
