Software/App updates

Hey all: Is there a list of available software or app updates or upgrades somewhere? I wonder if my 2017 GMC Sierra needs to have one done. Is there a way to tell without hitting up the dealer yet?

I'm thinking of an update to me Android Auto and trying to add a map or navigation app or software update...

I ask because last eve I was driving and using the BT connection and the dash cluster, for a split second, shut off and then restarted. I do not think i lost engine power, no idiot lights came on, but the radio and dash seemed to just reset and it lost BT connection.

Thoughts?

If your truck has onboard navigation without going through OnStar, you can order a map update online.  They send you a USB thumb drive that will update the maps.

It sucks too in my experience.. The GM assistant can never understand what I say.. I prefer waze, google or apple maps right from my phone via CarPlay..
