Oil comparisons

Anyone watch this series of oil comparisons? I thought it was pretty good. I use mobile 1 but maybe I should look at others as well.

Amsoil is the best, I have it throughout the truck.  Front diff, rear diff, transfer case,  transmission, and brake fluid.  Will use Amsoil coolant when its time .

No I disagree but for off the self oils it is in the top 5. It is good. But no where near the best. 

How he doesnt test the best I don't know. The real pros keep there mix a secret. Mine is off self (well special order) 7quarts then something extra added.

There is a recent post on a forum here that GM's own AC Delco brand Dexos synthetic oil also tests as some of the best.  Closely followed by the new Shell Gas Truck oil (available at WalMart; cheaper than Dexos from a GM dealer), which is better than Shell's own Quaker State Ultimate Durability, which is slightly better than its Pennzoil Platinum, which is better than Mobil1.  They're all good, but some are better than others when you get down to specific tests.  Any manufacturer could probably rig one special test to make their oil come out the best.
