How does one place the lights in the strobe mode that is seen in the first few seconds of the video?

You can't. Its the LEDS vs camera. To the human eye, they are solid.

It's the camera doing that. LED's flash quickly, naked to the human eye, but the cameras catch that.

The 3.0 says it works on 2019's. I have the 2.0 and it works well.

Ah, pretty sure that's illegal here. Friend had alternating lights on his Toyota and he was cited. I think it was impersonating an emergency vehicle or something like that. It was over 30 years ago.

Yeah, you can't drive on the road with them. But they are nice for plowing snow in driveways/parking lots so people see you when you back up. I can't see you needing to plow snow down there.

It’s great for when you are on the side of the road and people will hopefully actually pay attention and move over. That’s one reason why I got mine or if I need to help someone in need stranded on the side of the road.

As long as nobody is driving a Ford Crown Victoria and riding on some poor sod's arse with the alternating lights.

I used to hope that I'd get a Crown Victoria flying in LAX then look for speeding cars on the I-10 and rapidly approach them. Fun times, fun times.
