2020 1500 Silverado

Well, they have the 2020 Silverado on the Chevrolet build and price tool now.  But, they don't list the 6.2L engine and 10spd auto as an option for the RST.

 

So, still waiting...

I was playing with build and price a bit yesterday.  Think you can get the 10sp and tow mirrors though.

Have you driven the 5.3 and 6.2?

The 6.2 is nice if you really need it and in your budget.

 

I test drive both and ordered the RST z71 Crew with Standard bed and 5.3/8 speed.

 

I am 67 and just retired and live 3 miles in the Country from a small town in Texas.

 

Most of my driving are short trips to town or long drives on interstate to the ranch (250 miles each way).

 

For me the 5.3/8 speed is plenty strong and quick. I can turn off the auto start/stop and use Sport mode to run errands. I have had zero shift issues.

 

I suggest you drive both and decide. You can save 20% in a 2019.
