Window trim removal

Has anyone removed the chrome window trim yet on their Sierra? I was thinking of doing a chrome delete on my Sierra only issue is trying to figure out how to remove the window trim.

Wanted to do the same on my ‘15 LTZ and what actually ended up being more effective was to have the chrome trim vinyl wrapped with a flat satin/matte black color identical to the black window trim.  It’s 4 years old now and so effective I forgot the trim is even chrome. No fading, no peeling, etc. and it was only $200 or so vs the nearly $800-$1k to have the black trim installed.

Do you still have these? And how do that install? Something I can do myself?

Yea I still have them. I'm not sure what's involved but I think it's just clips. The body shop swapped them out. My truck was in a hail storm and there was a super tiny mark on the one for the rear passenger door and they had to replace them as a set. If insurance wasn't paying I wouldn't have messed with it and I'm the pickiest dude you'll ever meet with my cars. That's how small it is...
