Seat help! Manual to power or swap tracks?

2016 Silverado custom double cab. 

Manual cloth seats with one blown seat air bag. Replace bag and sew up seat cover? I found a set of seats but they are power heated (mine has neither). Can I swap seat tracks and convert them to manual? Is there a chance that there will be an un-used plug under the carpet that will accept the power seat motor pigtail from the replacement seats? How different will cloth material from a custom to an ltz look? 

Sorry so many questions. Don't want to lose these seats unless y'all think i should go another route.
