HELP   I have been work hard on this stubborn thing for months and i found what i this is the problem. I don't have power to everything in red. ( horn/DM    T/L CTSY   ECMB    CRNK    INSTR LPS )    i have taken apart the fuse box and cleaned and inspected.. i replaced every inline fuse the goes to the junction box by the master cylinder or so i think i have. Is there anything in the fuse block that could make this happen?  I'm on the edge on buying and installing a new fuse box. But that is a lot of wires to re install

Check at the starter and make sure someone hasn't left off any wires that should be hooked to the soleniod. If all is well there check for power at the stud on the alternator. If there is no power there, check the fusable link for being burnt up. The fusable link is in one of the red wires coming off of the solenoid running up between the engine and the firewall.

If all that checks good then put in a temporary jumper wire to one of the dead terminals in your fuse box and see what lights up.
