My AT 4 also done at Dennis Dillon dealership in idaho, where I took delivery of my at4 dec 16... 2.5" +1" level kit with fox shocks, 35x12.5 R20 BFG TKO2 tires... the first pic shows the difference between the rest on the Lotd75df0778239fa50709132a0432c86ba.jpg99c46173f8ee15555abfe8e61d679e90.jpg5fd8f76eda618ac7c6e86f9969cd6f5f.jpg19248dbfb6c2bf0b20548e35b54f9ad3.jpge746e8b2582c58b91377d6cfbf8bb956.jpga7d3f8302fa58d56d5c4ed3ae8755bed.jpg3c717e52e2707e5592a8b9fa37f92205.jpg

Here is what I found.

Rough Country 3” leveling kit
sku#95830 has upper control arms and shocks

After you can fit 22x10 8x180 with 124 bore

you have to trim the inside of the Front tire’s rear wheel well extension and the edge of the front wheel well near the engine heater plug on the drivers side. Same amount of trimming needed for the passenger side.

Im also waiting for and about to put on when available Putco clear vent visors (painted to match truck color), Bushwhacker fender flares (painted to match truck color), Amp automatic nerf bars, 22x10 Fuel Contra wheels, Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x13.5x22 and some kind of body molding (Painted to match truck color) to protect the door panels from careless people. I just ordered the chrome hood vent cover and should have It by Saturday.
I can’t wait to see it when it’s all done.

I was told by 4 wheel parts I needed to put a 5” lift and I’m getting to old and fat for all that climbing. Although there is a vid in youtube that has a guy saying he only did a leveling kit and put 37 on. They are 20” but that should not change the overall size of the tire.

Haha.  Can’t wait to see the 35s on 22s.  I have same concerns as u around not enough tire but I don’t want to regret going too small.  I also agree that 22s should change much over the 20s. It is all about offset and wheel width but if I am wrong I hope someone educates me.

I too saw the video above.  Factory wheels and offset with some minor trimming.  Haven’t drove it but have to imagine there is more to it.

Update: Monday I will be getting my chrome Fuel Contra 22x10 on Nitto Trail Grapplers 35x12.50x22. I wanted to keep the ride quality so I was going to get a leveling kit with the arms and shocks but surprise they don't make a kit like that for a Denali with Magneride yet. Arg I guess I will be adding the arms and other components as they are released but for now I guess my ride will suffer a little. I will post pics as soon as I get it done.

?

Rough Country just told me the same thing.

?

So after going back and forth yes and no I have decided to wait for the full kit to come out. I didn’t buy a Denali to mess up the ride over wheels. I still want to get the Amp auto steps as the stock steps are pointless. I need to research to make sure they drop lower than the stock steps. Does anyone know?

Those power running boards look awesome.

Are they Amp research?

Amp and RBP are the main choices but I believe Amp leads the market. I’m pretty sure I’m getting Amp but still researching.

pardon me, i figured it out.

Amp Research Powerstep XL

The Amp XL drops lower but it has a black box hub so the steps do not tuck under the rocker panel. If the truck has a 5” lift or more seems like a great choice but with a leveling or lower lift I’m not sure I want the box hub.

i know this is a level kit Heading but since we commented a little about the power step I figured I would update. I got the regular Amp power steps installed and I love them. They drop lower than stock steps sit and are not as close to the door sill so they are more ergonomic. I have a injury and they help greatly.

Just keeping this thread alive...

I too have been researching leveling kits with wheels and tires. I just returned from a shop that told me they won't do a leveling kit on the 2020's as the ride suffers.

Had another shop tell me that he's done a few now and the 3" + 1" is working great. Not sure of the brand of kit though. He had his personal Denali out front of the store showing if off and it looked really good with the 3+1. However, he said he went with 22" wheels and like -20 offset which rubs and he told me he would not do that to a customer. He's just willing to put up with the rub until the lift that he wants is available.
