Wow

They gave a first hand look at the quadrasteer (impressive).  In quick lane changes (swirving) the driver was able to keep total control of the trailer

Also they showed the new DOD (displacement on demand)

The car and driver host really liked it.  He said if your thinking of the 80's cadillac forget about it.  When you come to a complete stop your engine turns off (but not really) then when you hit the gas it turns back on.  Saves about 15% on gas while cruising around the city.  THen on the highway they tested it.  When you hit the speed you wanna go it automatically turns on (green light) he said you couldnt tell it turned off 4 cylinders.

Sounds cool. I read the artical in Truck Trends about the Sierra Denali. What a nice truck. I like the idea of the Dana 60 rear axle.

why didnt you encode it? i dont watch that program much. being that it doesnt come on when i say too. or it doesnt offer anything interesting when i see it.

 I got to see the show too. It's interesting to see all the stuff GM is working on, sounds promising. What about Ford and Doge? I haven't heard of anything that they are working on. They better get it together soon.
