If you want a stock ride then get the 4600’s, front 5100’s leveling shocks will bring your front end up approx 1.75”, change your ride quality and throw off your front angles a bit. 4600’s in the rear unless you add another 1” block height making it total 2” in rear and then you’ll get full potential from the 5100’s

I wouldn't go higher than the 3rd ring from the bottom as I have read some saying it produced a harsh ride from the spring preload. I don't care about a lift. Plan on staying with the stock 18" tires. The 4600 was my first choice but a dealer recommended the 5100 as the 4600 would be a stiffer ride, according to him.  It's all subjective I guess.

Found a leveling thread. According to some, the valving on both 4600 and 5100 are the same. Different color and the 5100 is front adjustable as you stated.

Correct, one is for stock height and the other for lifted or leveled. Last bit of advice, if ever you’re thinking of adding taller or wider tires, be very careful, some folks on these forums are full of $h;+ and WILL lie claiming they don’t rub but later same people will be saying they get a slight rub only on full turn lmao, misery needs it’s company. Good luck and Merry Christmas! [emoji320][emoji319]

I have 5100's and I went with the third ring. Per Bilstein it gives 1.26” (32mm) average lift. I didn't measure it. I'm running a 285/70/17 tire, which are a little bit bigger than the 20" tires it came with but not big enough to cause issues.

As far as 4600 vs 5100 goes. I've also read that they are valved the same. I don't have an apples to apples comparison, but I have a lifted Jeep with OME springs and 4600 shocks, and the truck with stock springs and 5100's. Between those two the Jeep is definitely softer. But that's not a good comparison. So beats the hell out of me, but that's the first I've heard anyone saying the 4600s are stiffer.

If you don't care about lifting the front there are other options besides Bilstein. I went with them because I wanted to lift the front some and didn't want to use spacers. I went with Bilsteins on the Jeep because I didn't want to spend twice the price on OME shocks which have mixed reviews on longevity.
