New member side step question

Hey everyone. Just purchased a 2018 Sierra Denali. My plan is to lower it so I have no use for the oem side steps. They are the ones that swing back to the bed. My question is if I take them off are there buyers for these?  Hate to have clutter in my garage. Damn ocd.

Post them in the For Sale section here on the site, come up with a price.

Ty sir. I haven’t taken them off my truck yet. Wasn’t even sure if anyone would want to buy them and honestly I don’t even know what a fair price would be. A fair price for the buyer and for me

Post it and simply put:

"Make reasonable offer!"

That's what I do when I haven't a clue what the value is of something or if someone may or may not actually want it. I post it and just wait. If it doesn't sell then I either pile it up with all the other crap I have, donate it or as a last resort, throw it in the trash. Steps aren't usually cheap, so someone might need them. Also post it in Craigslist & Facebook marketplace. Good luck!

I don't know if in this forum you have to put a price. I've never posted anything for sale here but have done it on other forums. I didn't think of that! Maybe one of the moderators can comment on that?
