yes, that's similar to what I'm looking for, only I am going to install the Radiance LED at the grill,  probably a set of ditch lights, and some rear facing proximity lighting.

one switch will light up the BLUE back-lighting for all of the lights, then each set of lights will have it's own separate switch for the white lighting.
