I Phone volume problem ??

Has anyone heard if GMC is working on a fix for the I phone volume problem?  Every time I get into the truck the volume gets turned way down but doesn't go back up after you leave the truck.  So the volume is so low you miss your phone calls and text's.

Have you looked at any of the other threads about this issue? There’s some solutions & workarounds discussed in the existing threads.

I have read a few but the problem still exists.

Mine only lowers secondary audio (app) volume, not the ringer.

Mine was doing same but go to settings, sounds and haptics and turn off "Change with Buttons" but put the level up high on same screen.  Works for me.

Tried the disable noted above and turned volume up there in settings. Still my 2019 Silverado lowers the ringtone volume! Any other possible solutions?

Mine does the same thing. I was wondering about why this was happening. It’s a bit of a pain.

I know nothing, so take what I'm about to say with that knowledge in mind. 

 

Should've bought an Android OS phone, lol.  Then you wouldn't have these problems.
