Also, not to break your heart, but nothing on that truck is from Chevrolet or General Motors other than the truck itself.  The hood dome, the body kit, the wheels.  Whoever "RMT" is, its their creation.  No affiliation with General Motors, just an aftermarket affiliation with the Chevrolet dealer it was purchased from.

Agree!!  100%  This is just someone's attempt to sell a truck, saying its "one of a kind".   Not being ugly here, but there was a couple of trucks similar to this one and some "rocky ridge" trucks at the local dealerships.  They put a couple of thousand dollars in aftermarket add ons' and jack the price up 6 or 7 thousand, and stating its " one of only 20 in the world.  "  At the end of the day, its still just a Silverado 1500 with make-up on...….

sorry i have been out i work in the oilfield so,  back to my question.   so is it possible to replace the spring or cut a small amount off to achieve the stance im looking for? ive never worked with the torsion key set up so its kinda new to me torsion bars all day i can lift/lower.  As for WHY i want to lower this truck it was lowered 2" in the rear from GM( plus my old lady is 5 ft nothing tall), THIS is not your average off the lot silverado.  this is a RMT edition they only made 10 that i know of and 1 in summit white.

I can guess why they only made ten of them.  I imagine there are still 9 available for sale as I can't imagine anybody else willing to buy or drive one.  IMHO, thing is hideously butt ugly and looks like it was pieced together by a 16 year old and a J.C. Whitney catalog.  I feel sorry for that poor truck....

Thats your opinion sir and you are entitled to it, i can put money on it right now that i have personally built nicer rides than this truck, hell i have a lingenfelter tahoe im putting back together atm. But for a grocery getter for the wife its just fine.
