2018 GMC Sierra 109000 Miles.  All symptoms of a dead battery. Tested battery fine.  Tested alternator, fine.  Starter read low amps?  But truck would jumpstart.  Now when trying to jump. Voltage meter in dash doesn't even hit 14 v when hooked to another running car

Welcome to the site.

Who tested your battery? Factory batteries have a very short life span, and you have quite a few miles for a 3 model year truck, I would replace it just to be safe, otherwise you are going to experience a lot of odd electrical things going forward.
