I did however see a few guys say that it voided the warranty by doing that. If I wasn't moving from my dealership I wouldn't be worried about it. I guess I could just take it off before it goes in. 

Yeah mine is super easy to swap on and off, went with Elite and they have quick disconnects. I'm super happy with the Elite if you go that route.
