Power outlet switch on center stack?

My electrical outlet switch on center stack pulses the green light for some reason, anyone have this happen?

this happens only when switch turned off. Just started doing it and I did plug something into bed outlet yesterday and didn’t provide enough power but both outlets still work fine.

 

any ideas?

I did read the manual but it doesn’t say anything about the green light in switch flashing. The equipment I used exceeded the 400W apparently and did shut the circuit off like designed but as the manual mentions unplug and reset switch and everything working again so didn’t blow fuse. 
light in switch flashes or pulses though. Dimly lit when turned off too.

I noticed mine doing this a few days ago, along with my autostop button.

Dealer ordered me a new switch assembly. Be a week or so before I can get it put in and see if it works.
