Everything appears to be working correctly with my intellilink entertainment system on my 2016 GMC Canyon (75,000 miles) except a horizontal sliver of the screen has suddenly stopped responding to touch. The remainder of the screen still functions properly with exception to this horizontal sliver that spans across the whole screen. Just happens to be the section that adjusts the time and date and a few other important things. Cannot find in any forums that anyone else has ran into this problem and not ready to spend ~$120 for a diagnostic check. Seems a simple fix could be possible. I’ve circled the region in the attached picture that isn’t responding to touch.
