Harsh ride

A little background on my truck.  I bought it with a leveling kit, and am running 275/60/20’s all around on stock wheels.  I love the look, but it rides very rough.  What’s being done on here to resolve this?  I’m guessing a great set of shocks.  Any advice?

Yes, shocks/struts are a big one. What are on the truck right now??

 

The other is tire pressure and what kind of tires they are. If they are LT tires those are going to ride worse than regular passenger truck tires. Or going down to a 18in rim for a better ride because of more sidewall and the less rotating mass.

Good question on the shocks, because I honestly don’t know.  I would imagine whatever it came with.  And yes, I’m running LT tires.  I thought about trading for some 18’s

Depends how much change you want. LT tires ride rough. List the type of tire and tell us the air pressure.  Also look at what kind of leveling kit.

Same very thing happened with my 2018 CC, it was leveled with exact size tires, absolutely horrible ride. I got rid of the level and lifted, night and day difference. My truck is now lifted 4.5” and rides great with 33.5” KO2’s. Good luck!
