My 2020 LTZ has a single exit exhaust, wanting to upgrade to duals.  Debating between a muffler with 3" inlet to dual 2.5"/3.0" outlets.  I want to avoid losing low end power.  Planning to use a flowmaster super 44 muffler, not a straight through.

Any thoughts/advice is appreciated. :D

The muffler is the bigger bottle neck than the size of pipes you are thinking of using. A chambered muffler always flows worse than a straight through design.

There will be no noticeable difference between dual 2.5in exhaust and dual 3in exhaust because I doubt you are cutting the stock y-pipe with cats and making a true dual from the headers back.

That said, it seems like Corsa/Borla are the only two here that people don't suffer from drone on?  I want more performance than just sound.  Well over a grand for a catback is ? though.  Used to run nothing but Flowmasters on my older vehicles but afraid even a 40 wouldn't sound good while cruising at 75-80

Hate to say it but save up your money and do it right. I bought Corsa because of my bed size and it was available.   Borla exhaust is also very nice. Either one will get you extra HP and the right aggressive sound without the drone.  My father has flowmaster on his 09 F150 and it sounds great accelerating but highway cruising speeds. Sounds like @$$. Drones terrible.
