Really didn't think this would have happened Soo quickly. Bought a 3500 Sierra in March, traded it in this week. After the numerous steering shakes and pops, power steering whining, infotainment system crashing, alignment issues, and thuds with the drivetrain on slow downshifts, I'm done.  Ended up trading it in for more than I paid. Good luck out there ladies and gents!

You did what you had to do.  Hope you find some peace of mind.  What did you trade in for?

I fully understand. I purchased a 2020 2500 Denali at the beginning of the year. Its at the dealer once again. Same problems. Alignment, vibration and still awful steering above 50. I cant imagine a modern vehicle driving like this. I should have spent more time on the freeway before I purchased but who would have thought GM could have made this. All I can think of when its on the freeway is driving the green acres tractor. Im about to bail on GM myself. Too bad they can’t engineer a front end it really is a good looking truck and I really want to be proud of it. Anyway GM is now involved with the dealer but to be honest Im not confident in a positive outcome. I believe GM has just messed up on the design the more I learn.

SO its not just my imagination! I was feeling the steering clunk and front end clunking on uneven bumps and thought it was because its a 3/4 ton ( my first 3/4). Im glad its not me and I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow morning.
