OTA Update

Received a prompt to install an update for my 2020 Sierra SLT. Went ahead and installed it without any issues. How do I find out what was contained in the update. Wireless carplay was not included. First thing I tried after the update.

There wont be any wireless car play or android auto update from GM ... they've said they aint interested in adding it.

Side note, one of the guys on here is working on adding wireless carplay.

I still say Indiegogo and other crowd funding campaigns haven't ever done me well.  I will wait to see what comes of it (if at all)

I feel the same way. I did it once and the product never made it past prototype stage. Hope this one makes it.

Once I pay off a few other bills, I just plan on going WAM.  Get everything done with one update and call it a day

True story...

 

Drove my truck 300 miles on Sat.  Went out in garage on Tuesday, dead.  I mean DEAD.  2 hrs on a charger and not even a light would come on.  Towed it to dealer.

 

one week later (today) I picked it up.

 

Cause.  Open circuit due to radio.  Fix?  This update.   Unbelievable
