Is Shark Fin Antenna Different For Trucks With OnStar & Satellite Radio versus OnStar Only?

I want to add SXM satellite radio to my 2016 Silverado with the 7" touch-screen radio (RPO IOB) and have found an aftermarket radio module but want to know if the existing shark fin antenna will work for SXM or if it needs to be replaced with a different one.

I guess he wants the native XM on the infotainment screen?
As far as antenna differences, I'm not sure.
Mine has the XM native on the system but I do pay a subscription to have it.
