Hi ALL
about 2 weeks ago I had the 5100 installed on my 2020 LTZ Z71 with the 6.2 engine option.  It also had an alignment done.  I also installed 5100 in the rear and used RAS (roadmaster active suspension) to give me a 1.5" boost in the back while adding towing enhancements.  The truck did not have a block, and only measured about .5-.75" in rake.  According to Bilstein, the 5.3 gets you up to a 2.5" lift and the 6.5 is a 1.5" lift on the highest ring.  I wanted to leave a little rake in it, so my math told me 1.5" out of the rear +.75= 2.25-2.5" in the rear.  So 1.5" in the front keeps my rake.

So its installed and the lift pushed the front up between 2.25-2.5"!  This puts me about 1/4" high in front.  I talked to Bilstein and others, and they said it should/may settle down up to an inch.  Well I have put about 1000 miles on it so far.  The ride is good, I really like how much more controlled and planted it all feels.  I like look, but my concern is towing and nose high.  I have about 800# tw.  I need to play with my hitch some more after the adjustments.

But also the UCA.  I know others have reported issues starting around 2.5", which is right where I am at, and slightly under.  But by my eyes the angles look pretty good and no real issue there?

My question is:  Has anyone replaced on the 6.2 and saw the same 2"+ gain as I did?  Also do the control arms look good to people?  The dealer who installed them thought they looked good.

I put a 1.5” top mount strut lift on my RST 6.2.  At first I thought I should have went maybe a little more, even though it measured 39.25” on all four corners,  so I bought a .5” but fortunately never got around to installing it.  It now seems like my rear has sagged to just under 39”.  It still looks good and level now.  However when I tow my golf cart on a utility trailer or my 4000lb boat including trailer it sags bad in the back end, disappointingly bad.  These T1 trucks are great to drive around as daily drivers, but the trade off is they are lacking in the rear suspension towing/payload department.

My question is did you take measurements before and after installation on each component? I have a 6.2 2020 ltz crew cab with standard bed. My stock height was 39 1/4inches in the rear and almost 38inches in the front. I installed the Roadmaster active suspension to the 1mm setting and gained 1inch in the rear. So now I'm sitting 40 in the rear and 38 in the front. If I put in the bilstein 5100 that should leave me with 39.5 in the front and 40 in the rear, half inch rake. I think that would be perfect!

you can use eibach spring with bilstein struts to add lift....they fit and gives you more height plus its just a better quality spring than OEM...also you can use TB/AT4 bilstein 5100 kit which gives you 2" at standard clip setting for the front, with bilstein and eibachs you can reach multiple different heights very easily up to 4" for front

if i wanted to just level my truck i would use AT4/TB 5100 kit up front and standard 5100s in rear.....the springs are same price as spacer kits
