Alright so, let's preface this with I know I know I know "3 inches is REALLY stretching the suspension".

I have a 3 inch front, 2 inch rear leveling kit. A few months (4-6) after installing it, I started to notice a light creaking noise. This noise only happens when turning the wheel while parked or moving very slowly. If I am driving or turning at a stop light or something, zero noise.

There is no wheel shake, vibration, drone, wobble, etc. Nothing. Everything is tight.

What I have done since adding the leveling kit (not all of this was to fix the creak either, a lot just routine stuff while I was in there)

  • RC UCA's
  • Tie rod ends
  • Sway bar end links
  • Inner tie rods - just did these tonight and still have the creaking

I bought a diff drop kit a while back but haven't installed it yet. Any other ideas as to what this creaking could be or where it is coming from? This issue is more annoying than anything at this point.

Edit to add: I noticed today the creak is probably 90% gone, but I still just barely notice it here and there.
