2000 c6500 7.4l gasser just added PTO, now need to add idle increase switch

Im working on a 2000 c6500 with the 7.4l gas engine and Allison a545 transmission. I just installed a pto and hydraulic pump that requires 1500 rpm to supply proper flow and pressure to run hydraulics efficiently.

this truck is not equipped with cruise control or fast idle option. it is throttle by wire

How would a person install a fast idle switch. I understand the ECM would have to be programmed for 1500rpm, but I'm more interested in which wires would need to be utilized to achieve the fast idle preset.

I'm  having  same issue  but don't know where to get a pto for my 2000 top kick 7.4 allison a 545 trans.

In California there is a place called P.T.O. Sales, they have found a lot of oddball P.T.O.'s for me over the years.  They have a few locations.
